With a decade of experience under his belt, Chef Gaetano has perfected the art of Italian cuisine, infusing his dishes with the rich flavors and traditions of his homeland.
Since arriving in Australia in 2017, he has captivated taste buds and earned acclaim for his innovative approach, blending classic Italian techniques with contemporary flair.
