Pimlott and Strand invite all our cafe and deli customers to take a ‘taste trip’ of the Auricchio Cheese Company.

Founded in 1877 in San Giuseppe Vesuviano – province of Naples – by Gennaro Auricchio, the inventor of the “special recipe” or – so it was called – the “secret of Don Gennaro” that gives to AURICCHIO its unique in the world flavour.

Pimlott and Strand have managed to secure two ‘eye’ catching pieces for your tasting pleasure (30kg wheel of Grano Padano and a 20kg Provolone).

Taste other flavors from the AURRICHIO like Asiago, Fontal, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella Bufala, Pecorino and the NEW Pecorino with Truffle. The ‘Taste trip’ is free but all the varieties will be available for sale.
