Come look, learn and taste the process of this Italian tradition with guest Pizza Chef Mauro direct from Italy. Mauro will demonstrate how to make the dough rolling out the pizza and how to properly top the pizza.
There will be free tasting samples available throughout the day and a dough recipe is also available for free on request
For those who just want to enjoy eating them Pizzas will be available for purchase on the day including a special breakfast pizza.
